A very earthy and sauvage suffused nose speaks of brooding dark berries and underbrush, all of which is frames by a deft application of wood. The caressing and delicious medium weight flavors coat the palate with dry extract while displaying a succulent if mildly austere finale. This moderately forward effort could be approached after only 3 to 4 years if desired.
